WASHINGTON SQUARE — How about a little late-night drinking on a Monday? On January 18 from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m., Will Isaza and the Fairsted Kitchen bar team are welcoming guest bartender Gn Chan from cocktail destination Angel's Share in New York City. Chan will be featuring his Bacardi Legacy winning cocktail Venceremos, an "unconventional twist on Piña colada." Also on the docket for the night: daiquiri time outs and disco lights. [FB]
