City officials helped break ground on a new development project at the former Boston Garden site this week, and according to Boston Restaurant Talk, Big Night Entertainment Group has been roped in to fill up the space with all kinds of food and entertainment.

The massive new development, called The Hub on Causewaywill include retail and restaurant space, plus a theater, parking, office space, a supermarket, and eventually a residential tower and a hotel. The complex will also include a new entrance for TD Garden.

The Big Night group is responsible for Gem, Red Lantern, and more, plus a new Scorpion Bar planned for Seaport that's a spinoff of the one currently operating in Foxwood's Casino. The company is teaming up with promoter Don Law for its part of the project, which will be a combination nightclub, restaurant, music venue, and (apparently) bowling alley, the Boston Herald reports.

A general concept for the cuisine of this forthcoming attraction is unknown, but Law reportedly told the Herald that its name would include "rock" and "bowl."
