Twelve Hours Prepares for Noodle-Filled Grand Opening in Brighton

An Asian fusion noodle spot has moved in at 559 Washington St. in Brighton, taking over the former Sweet Pepper Thai and Southeast Asian restaurant. Twelve Hours held a soft opening over the weekend, welcoming guests for noodle deals, promotions, and prizes, according to its Facebook page.

Twelve Hours posted a video from the soft opening, thanking customers and inviting them to the official opening on January 28, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The soft opening menu featured items like salmon salad, vegetable crispy rolls, noodle soups (like the lava cheese explode soup), vegetable and meat stir-fry dishes, and assorted grilled entrees. Tarita Charoenvesyangkul is listed as the manager on record.
