Construction projects at Great Road Kitchen in Littleton are nearing completion, and the restaurant could open by the end of the week, according to a post on Facebook.
The new restaurant at The Point (613 Constitution Ave.) is the work of longtime Boston restaurateur Marcus Palmer — formerly of Sweet Cheeks, Storyville, Tavern Road — who most recently collaborated with Brian Lesser to open Vine Brook Tavern in Lexington. Palmer's experience managing restaurants stretches from Miami to New York City and beyond.
Great Road Kitchen recently announced it was hiring mangers for the restaurant while in the midst of completing equipment and furniture installations within the space.
Really coming together... Keep your fingers crossed, we plan to open a week from today!
