As promised, Los Amigos is working to open a third location in the Boston area, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.
The restaurant, which specializes in "distinguished burritos" and has existing locations in Newtonville and West Roxbury, could take over the former Boca Grande Taqueria space in Brighton at 366 Washington St.
Los Amigos previously hinted at a third restaurant and recently applied for a license to operate at that address in Brighton Center. A hearing on the matter is set for Thursday. The proposed space will accommodate 33 people and will be open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The restaurant is known for its fast-casual foods, serving burritos, quesadillas, tacos, salads, and more.
