A seafood restaurant is set to open in Littleton, Massachusetts later this year. Great Road Kitchen will be a "chef-centric seafood experience" located at The Point, a retail, dining, and entertainment complex in the works off I-495 (Exit 31) and Route 119.
The restaurant is the work of Marcus Palmer, a 20-year industry veteran who most recently collaborated with Brian Lesser (Sweet Cheeks, Storyville, Alden & Harlow, Tavern Road) to open Vine Brook Tavern in Lexington. Palmer brings to Great Road experience managing restaurants in Miami, New York City, and Boston, in addition to his latest pursuit in Lexington.
According to a posting on Craigslist, Great Road is now hiring managers and chefs ahead of its opening later this year. This new seafood spot has been issued a liquor license through The Point and could open as early as November. Menu details have not been released, but the Craigslist posting suggests there could be an oyster bar. It will reportedly share building space in The Point with Lazkaya Asian Hibachi and other stores.
