1) WINCHESTER — The Serenitee Restaurant Group, behind several North Shore restaurants, opened its 10th concept over the weekendThe Waterfield Kitchen, or TWK for short, has a large bar program, sushi, and a broad menu of seasonally-driven entrees. Expect plates like baked brie, crispy barbecued chicken legs, rock shrimp cavatelli, daily rotisserie specials, and seasonal risotto. Sushi options include nigiri, sashimi, and chef's rolls. As previously reported, there's a restaurant on the main floor and an upstairs lounge that's "designed to make you feel like you're [at] a music festival." 2) EAST CAMBRIDGE — Tahaza Hummus Kitchen will introduce its contemporary take on Mediterranean flavors near Lechmere Station today at 11:30 a.m. Located in a bright, modern space at One Canal Park, the 30-seat, fast-casual restaurant features a light shade of teal inspired by the Mediterranean sea, according to a press release. The menu is built around customizable bowls, salads, and wraps with seasonal vegetables and house-made spreads. Hummus comes in roasted red pepper and summer pea flavors. Add-ons include shredded chicken, slow-cooked beef or lamb with chickpeas, baked falafel, and seasonal mushrooms. Whole-wheat pita, baked pita chips, gluten-free falafel chips, or carrot sticks accompany each order. There are also house-made, seasonal sodas and other drink options. 3) LONGWOOD — Local burgers-and-bowls chain b.good opened its sixth Boston-proper location at the end of August. The Longwood Medical Area now has access to kale and grain bowls in flavors like spicy avocado & lime or apple & bacon; salads, including a watermelon feta option; beef, turkey, chicken, or vegan burgers; and hand-cut fries, smoothies, milkshakes, and more. B.Good launched in Back Bay in 2004 and has 25 locations around Massachusetts and the greater northeast (but one is as far south as Raleigh, N.C.) A Seaport storefront is slated to open later this month.
