After 33 years in business at the corner of Harrison Ave. and Beach Street, Maxim Coffee House has lost its lease. Boston Restaurant Talk reported the closure via @FortPointer.

The Chinatown shop commonly called "Coffee House" was known for bao and other buns, sticky rice rolls, sponge cakes, and other treats.
