A quick-service burrito shop has a third location in the works. Boston Restaurant Talk reported, via a Craigslist post, that Los Amigos is adding another storefront early next year.
Los Amigos originally opened in West Roxbury in 2012, when founder Dan Ustayev was a senior at Babson College. The entrepreneurial recent grad opened the Newtonville location in 2014.
The company is seeking a manager to support the management team "transition during this growth." The listing says Los Amigos is "in plans for a third," so it sounds early in the expansion process. On Los Amigos' website, it says, "We are excited to be a part of your community and adding a restaurant that you desired!" A location isn't identified in the post; the listing location is Newton, where Ustayev lives.
The shop offers fast, fresh Mexican food, with tacos, quesadillas, bowls, and plates available as well as burritos.
Eater has reached out to Ustayev about the plans for the third Los Amigos location.
