Sneak a Peek at Pink Samurai's Opening Menu

Confit duck soup dumplings, house-made tofu, chilled beef tendon, and lots more.

Pink Samurai — a fast-casual dumpling house coming to 658 Centre St. in Jamaica Plain, as previously reported — is working towards a September opening, and the restaurant has just shared a sneak peek at its debut menu (although there will be "some tweaks and surprises" before opening day). Take a look:

Executive chef Matt Cunningham (Strip-T's, UpStairs on the Square, The SinclairFarmhouse pop-ups) previously told Eater that everything will be made in-house, from vinegar and tofu to sodas and juices, and he'll be using local and foraged ingredients where possible. The menu will change frequently.
