A retail space at One Canal Park in Cambridge is in line for a new, local fast-casual concept called Tahaza Hummus Kitchen, Boston Restaurant Talk reports.

The fledgling company actually went before the Planning Board in March, according to an agenda, but more details on the future spot recently surfaced in a few job postingsTahaza is a build-your-own-bowl, Mediterranean concept with "healthy, fresh and local" ingredients.

One Canal Park would apparently be the first location of the brand. "Grow with us!" the job listings say. Tahaza indicates that the cashier, counter staff, culinary team, and management positions are within an "employee-first culture that is focused on teamwork, recognition, internal development, and promotion."

Assuming both open as planned, the first Tahaza Hummus Kitchen would be located next to Lord Hobo Brewpub, a new venture Lord Hobo publican and brewery owner Daniel Lanigan recently brought to the licensing board. The two restaurant spaces anchor a luxury development near Lechmere Station, and both feature "expansive window frontage along First Street, high ceilings and potential for activating outdoor areas."
