A new, upscale eatery will debut at 336 Moody St. tonight. Bistro 781 is opening at 5 p.m., the restaurant shared on Facebook.

Boston Restaurant Talk noted the new venture comes from the owners of a former Moody Street restaurant, New Landing. That pub was located about a hundred feet south from their current venture, and it closed in 2012.

Bistro 781's owners are Waltham natives, and the "781" pays homage to their hometown area code. "We believe local is better, which is why all of our ingredients are sourced from neighboring areas whenever possible," the team writes on its website.

An opening menu isn't listed on the restaurant's website, it says there will be "classic comforts but also pairings you never expected." Bistro 781 has been sharing glimpses of Tempo alum and executive chef Jason Duffy's creations on Facebook. Some items may include a burger on a homemade English muffin and a pork chop with mango relish.

Facebook photos also indicate there is a 52-foot bar, featuring a lineup of craft beer on draft with flights available, as well as wine.
