A different kind of dining experience is on its way to the Aeronaut Brewing Company Foods Hub: Tasting Counter will open this Thursday, July 23, a press release announced.
From a spot at the 20-seat counter, guests will be able to watch chef Peter Ungar (The Dining Alternative, Bristol Lounge, Aujourd'hui) and staff prepare seasonal, sustainable, multi-course meals. "Our mission is to establish the shortest distance between the production of food and you, our guest, by bringing you closer to the creation of your meal," according to its website.
An online reservation system is now live for opening night and beyond. Currently, all-inclusive, $150 tickets, including a natural wine, Aeronaut beer, sake, or non-alcoholic beverage pairing, are available for dinner from 8 - 10 p.m. Once the staff builds up its operations, Tasting Counter will eventually be open Tuesday - Saturday from noon - 2 p.m. for lunch and from 6 - 10 p.m. for dinner.
