Momo n Curry, Somerville's newest momo-focused restaurant, officially opened yesterday, according to its Facebook page. Located at 431 Somerville Ave., it's right across from the Union Square Market Basket.
In addition to a variety of momo (Nepalese dumplings) with fillings like goat, chicken, and a paneer-and-spinach mix, Momo n Curry also serves, yes, curry dishes, along with a couple of noodle dishes. There are a lot of vegetarian options on the menu as well.
Momo n Curry is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Somerville-area momo lovers can also visit Tasty Mo:Mo: in Magoun Square; that restaurant opened in April and serves a small takeout menu, including a chili momo dish that packs a significant amount of heat.
