HUB-WIDE — This weekend, a few new venues for day-drinking (and more!) will open for the first time. On Saturday, May 9, jm Curley will open its doors for lunch at 11:30 a.m., and that tradition will continue every Saturday for eternity. At 3 p.m. that same day, a redesigned upstairs bar called the Club Car will open at The Sinclair. Conceptualized by designer Stephen Martyak of studioTYAK, the 8-seat bar has a 1930s locomotive vibe. Check it out while enjoying complimentary appetizers until 6 p.m.; RSVPs are required, though. On Sunday, a couple places will unveil new brunch menus. [Eaterwire]
