Eight-year-old Boston Cheese Cellar closed in March, but its owners hoped to sell the business to someone new, and the sale was quick. The Roslindale cheese shop reopens today at 11 a.m., now owned by Roslindale resident Adam Shutes, who promises to continue offering a selection of "global & local cheeses and specialty foods."
"We still have things to do," writes Shutes on Facebook, but today's the day. Boston Cheese Cellar will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
