Every Tuesday, the Union Square restaurant and biergarten showcases a special culinary "prototype" from 5 - 10 p.m. Tonight's dish features a rabbit and herb "krauterwurst," braised in cream with foraged morels. Tonight, Ula Cafe begins pouring a rotating selection of three drafts, and they plan to add two wine options in the coming weeks, Jamaica Plain News reports. Back in January, the cafe got the city's stamp of approval. Tonight's inaugural brews all hail from New England and include Rapscallion Honey, Stowaway IPA, and Pretty Things Jack D'Or. [JP News]
