Mystery 'Craft Dumpling House' Coming to Jamaica Plain

A "craft dumpling house" is in the works in Jamaica Plain, according to a Craigslist job posting seeking a chef de cuisine for the venture. "This is a from-scratch dumpling house using French and American technique with local ingredients and farm-raised meats and local seafood," specifies the ad, also noting that the restaurant will be "a new way to look at American food" — but the chef de cuisine should have a handle on "old world technique with a passion for Far East cuisine."
