BACK BAY — Celebrate the impending weekend tonight at L'Espalier, which is hosting a pop-up champagne dinner tonight at 7 p.m. The five-course meal — each served with a flute, of course — is $85 per person plus taxes and gratuity, and includes courses such as a salad of fried, soft-shell crab, radish, and spring shoots with buttermilk and apple-blossom vinaigrette, and East Coast halibut with local asparagus, maitre gaspard, and salted green almonds.
