The Boston Cheese Cellar will reopen under new management in May, Universal Hub reports.
Roslindale's only cheese shop closed in mid-March after eight-plus years of being operated by Kathy Lacher and John Pierce. As previously reported, the duo said they would like to see the shop continue on without them, and now it will.
Roslindale resident Adam Shutes has purchased the business, which will continue to carry "global & local cheeses and specialty foods," according to its brand new Twitter account.
