"Just a few more weeks" until the newest location of Pavement Coffeehouse "blooms" in Fenway, and renovations are solidly underway, the brand recently shared. A press release says the cafe's sixth location is eyeing the third week of April for its grand opening.
Pavement rose out of owner Larry Margulies' Boston-based bagel business, and the location at 1330 Boylston St. will be the company's first new store "built from the ground up" since 2010. All of the Pavement cafes are unique snowflakes, and the company commissioned a local artist to beautify the forthcoming spot with a mural. The coffeehouse will be "stimulating yet comfortable," the press release says.
