Boston Projuice Rolls Out Today

Today's new addition to the local food truck scene is actually a juice bus. The brightly-colored mini bus will be serving fruit and vegetable-filled breakfast from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Boston Public Library on Mondays and Tuesdays and at Post Office Square (Milk Street at Kilby Street) on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Lunch shifts will start at 10:30 or 11 a.m. and run through 3 p.m. at City Hall Plaza on Mondays, Chinatown (Boylston Street at Washington Street) on Wednesdays, and Boston University (westbound, near the BU bridge) on Thursdays. The team is hoping to add Cambridge and Somerville spots on Tuesdays and Fridays, and weekends will be reserved for events.

As previously reported, owner Paul Cunningham intends to donate time and resources in order to bring the bus to schools and community centers.
