The event starts at 9 a.m. and goes until the bagels run out. Expect to see Better Bagels' plain, poppy seed, everything, and salt varieties, and Coppa chefs Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer will provide some exclusive spreads, like mortadella pimento cheese and trout roe cream cheese with charred broccoli.
