Starting this week, chef Matt Jennings and the Townsman team have a couple more opportunities for the public to try the wildly popular, new downtown restaurant: Lunch is now served Monday - Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., and a bar menu provides weekday options between 2:30 - 5:30 p.m. and later in the evening on weekends, Boston Magazine reports.

On the lunch menu, Jennings currently offers small plates, lunch entrees, and sandwiches, including lamb pastrami with grilled red onion, radish slaw, and aged cheddar; and a burger with pepperjack, one of the buzziest new burgers in town. BoMag has the full menu on its Chowder blogThe burger, a ham sandwich, and a couple small plates and sweets comprise the bar menu, which is available from 10 - 11 p.m. Monday - Thursday and from 11 - midnight on Friday and Saturday.
