Yogurtology currently has a dozen Florida locations and three in Arizona. Its website lists more than 100 flavors of frozen yogurt, including what it calls its Premiyum® varieties, like Cap'n Crunch, iced lemon pound cake, and pumpkin spice. Shops offer 12 rotating flavors per week, including some non-dairy sorbet options. The menu is rounded out with items Yogurtology actually calls Bottomings®, things like brownies and waffles; toppings; and Sloppings®, Yogurtology's word for chocolate sauce, whipped cream and the like.
Classic Restaurant Concepts is also bringing something new (not an Irish pub, they say) to Harvard Square in the former Sandrine's Bistro space, as previously reported. While a springtime opening of that new concept has been rumored, there are no hints on the company's website.
