In light of a recent charges from the Boston Police Department, Jacques Cabaret will seek to change its liquor license with the Boston Licensing Board this week, Universal Hub reports.
After an incident on March 2, the BPD alleges the Bay Village bar has no food service area to speak of, despite a stipulation of its liquor license requiring the sale of food. A subsequent Licensing Commission agenda indicates Jacques Cabaret wants to drop its common victualler's license in favor of a general on-premise alcohol permit.
