Boston will lose one of its nightclubs at the end of March, as The Estate announced "the end of an era" over the weekend. The Boston Restaurant and Tourism Industry Blog posted the news on Friday.
The Estate is located at 1 Boylston Place, in an alleyway off Boylston Street. It has been open for eight years. In December, Emerson College announced plans to take over this area in April to build student housing.
The nightclub has its last three weekends booked solid with DJs lined up every Friday and Saturday night through March 28. Head downtown to get your dance on before the college kids move in.
