Internal Matter Is Now Open in Fort Point

Internal Matter, a wine bar and coffeehouse that has been in the works since summer 2012, is now open at 35 Channel Center St. in Fort Point, reports Boston Restaurant Talk. The new venue serves breakfast and coffee during the day with wine, beer, and comfort food coming into play at night. "Internal Matter is a grassroots endeavor focused upon the prosperity of local community and culture through specialty foods, beverages and entertainment," promises a new Facebook page. Owner Brian Bresnahan is a local photographer and artist.

Hours will eventually be 7 a.m. to midnight seven days a week, Bresnahan said via phone today, but to start out, they're open from approximately 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. They'll also take the day off this coming Monday, March 9.
