MDM Noodles — previously reported to be called MBM or MB Noodles — is now open in the former Smoken' Joe's space in Brighton Center (351 Washington Street). A tipster sent in the following menu, which features pay-by-the-pound mala pots (spicy dishes prominently featuring the tingly Sichuan peppercorn). Choose from a variety of meats and vegetables to go into your pot, including luncheon meat, tripe, various mushrooms, sweet potato noodles, and more. Hand-pulled noodles, which are fairly hard to find around Boston, also make an appearance elsewhere on the menu.
MDM Noodles is open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
