Lectures on Saturday, March 28, include a wine pairing lesson and a wine-soaked version of Taboo meant to develop wine vocabulary. WATERFRONT — In celebration of Earth Hour, a worldwide movement to raise awareness about climate change by turning off non-essential lights for an hour, Miel Brasserie Provençale at Boston's InterContinental Hotel is hosting a sustainable, three-course feast by candlelight this Saturday, March 28 from 4 - 11 p.m. There is also a special Earth Hour cocktail called Blue Tahoe available all night.
