The North End/Waterfront Residents' Association Zoning, Licensing & Construction Committee will hear plans tonight for a new, small restaurant at 319 Hanover St. The 22-seat Scopa wants to move into the space that housed Pomodoro before that establishment moved up the street in 2013, Boston Restaurant Talk first reported.
Gennaro A. Riccio, Scopa's owner and manager, has yet to file a formal application with the neighborhood association, but the organization will hear his plea for a beer, wine, and liquor license.
