Clover's trucks are itching to get back on the road, and staffers are spending today digging through a six-foot snowbank outside the garage. The growing restaurant-and-truck empire plans to have two trucks out tomorrow (Thursday): 20 Carlton Street in Cambridge (next to the Kendall Square MBTA station) from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Summer Street at Atlantic Avenue in Boston (by South Station) from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Every customer of either truck tomorrow will receive free apple fritters. The trucks will be back off the road Friday due to the expected extreme cold.
