Universal Hub reports two city councilors seek to change an existing ordinance to enable city restaurants to allow guests to bring their own booze. Currently, Boston bans BYOB, yet the challenge of securing one of the few-and-far-between booze permits is well-documented.
The licensing board is scheduled to hear the proposal tomorrow (February 11) at noon.
