A Latin American restaurant in Watertown is preparing to sign a lease on a space in Seaport's Waterside Place tower, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.
La Casa de Pedro (343 Arsenal St.), which specializes in Venezuelan and Spanish cuisine, previously indicated expansion plans with an application for a liquor license and is expected to open in the 10,000-square-foot space in April 2016, per an article in Banker & Tradesman.
The Watertown La Casa de Pedro is known for its live entertainment, patio, and big portions of its signature dishes like Churrasco a La Parrilla and paella.
