Booze Epoque — cocktail consulting duo Meaghan Sinclair and Harmony Dawn — has teamed up with Central Square's vegetarian diner Veggie Galaxy to revamp its beverage program, as previously reported. Working within the confines of the restaurant's wine and malt beverage license, Booze Epoque came up with a menu that incorporates plenty of bubbles, vegan ice cream, and other bits of fun. It all tops out at $9, and it's all vegan-friendly.
The menu will publicly launch at 7 p.m. next Thursday, December 10 (and there will be half-priced apps.)
