Nantucket-based pizzeria Oath Craft Pizza opened a tiny South Station location in the fall and promised aggressive growth to other areas, such as Davis Square. But the next location will be in Chestnut Hill Square, opening "soon," according to a Facebook post from the company.
The pizzeria uses convection ovens, and the pizza features an olive oil-infused crust. The pizza menu includes Free Bird (mozzarella, tomato, pickled red onion, grilled chicken, barbecue sauce, cojita cheese, scallions), Walley (basil pesto, mozzarella, chopped spinach, tomato, feta, roasted garlic), and a classic pepperoni, among others. Customers can also create their own combinations from a variety of toppings, sauces, and cheeses.
When Oath Craft opens in Chestnut Hill, it will join Brio Tuscan Grille, The Capital Grille, Seasons 52, a brand new Bon Me location, Wegmans, and a few other dining establishments at the Chestnut Hill Square shopping plaza at 200 Boylston St.
