Haley.Henry Will Bring Tinned Fish and Cheese to Downtown Crossing in 2016

Sportello alum Haley Fortier is behind the upcoming wine bar.

haley henry logoHaley.Henry Wine Bar is aiming for a spring 2016 debut in Downtown Crossing after a December 11 preview as part of Eat Boutique's holiday market in Allston, Boston Magazine reports. Helmed by Sportello alum Haley Fortier, Haley.Henry will be located at 45 Province St., according to its new Facebook page. The luxury condo building at that address, helpfully named 45 Province, is also home to MAST', an Italian restaurant that opened about a year ago.

Haley.Henry's social media accounts promise a "small, neighborhood wine bar" with imported tinned fish, "ceviche-style small plates," charcuterie, cheese, and tunes.

At the December 11 event, Select Oyster Bar and Volle Nolle alum Sebastian Martinez will be on the scene as well, and he and Fortier will be serving up smoked fish sliders, smoked and barbecued oysters, and more. (The Mei Mei Street Kitchen truck will also be onsite that evening.)
