After nearly 30 years in business, Mr. Sushi in Coolidge Corner has closed, according to Boston Restaurant Talk. A user posted on Chowhound that the restaurant had been papered over.
A sign at Mr. Sushi read: "We are closing business on October 31st, 2015. Thanks to all our loyal customers and community," according to a post on the restaurant's Facebook page. No reason was given for the closure.
In addition to its sushi bar, Mr. Sushi (329 Harvard St.) served soups, seafood, vegetables, Japanese noodles, and meat options. The Arlington location remains open.
