DOWNTOWN BOSTON — This gobsmacking Heritage on the Garden spread is the most expensive condo ever sold in Boston.

BACK BAY — The city green-lighted an 11-story, S-shaped apartment-condo-hotel hybrid for the intersection of Mass. Ave. and Boylston Street.

SOMERVILLE — It seems $2,500 a month goes a lot further rent-wise in Somerville than in Cambridge or Boston.

KENDALL SQUARE — The 22-story apartment tower at 88 Ames Street is finally getting under way.
