A new sushi place is opening up in East Cambridge, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.
Le's Sushi Bar and Restaurant has applied for a common victualler license for the space at 425 Cambridge St., which used to be Ciampa Apothecary. Le's will add to the list of new restaurants that have popped up on this stretch of road in East Cambridge in the last year or so, like Loyal Nine and Lone Star Taco Bar, joining a number of older standbys in the area.
Huong Le would serve as manager if the license is granted. The restaurant would serve food and non-alcoholic beverages, with a planned seating capacity of 24. Le's could operate between the hours of 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
An incomplete website appears to be mostly populated by filler content at the moment, but perhaps the mentioned "fantastic sushi," "unforgettable spring rolls," and "amazing pho" will come to be.
