Ipswich Ale Brewery has something new ready to tap: a 120-seat restaurant in its downtown Ipswich facility. The brewery is now hiring to prepare for the opening of this expansion, according to a post on Craigslist.
Originally founded in 1991, Ipswich Ale is known for its unfiltered and unpasteurized beers. It is now making the final preparations for the restaurant, which will be called Ipswich Ale Brewer's Table. As part of the expansion, the brewery is hiring servers, bartenders, bussers, hosts, cooks, dishwashers, bakers, and tour guides.
There's no word yet on the type of food the restaurant will serve, or a timeline for opening, but the brewery has chronicled some of its progress on Instagram, where it recently posted a photo of the draft line installation.
