Two weeks after a fire damaged Somerville's Pepe Bocca, the Italian restaurant and deli has reopened, according to a Chowhound user.
A small electrical fire on October 18 prompted the restaurant's closure, as previously reported, despite reports that the food preparation space was not damaged.
Pepe Bocca has been open for less than a year, but it has gained a loyal following of fans in the community for its prepared foods. One supporter of Pepe Bocca started a GoFundMe page to help the restaurant pay for repairs.
