Clover Food Labs is growing, and by spring 2016, there will be four dine-in locations in Boston, according to a blog post from the company's founder, Ayr Muir.

The expansion kicks off with a location in Downtown Crossing. Clover will move into the space Boloco recently vacated at 27 School St. Muir said he reached out to John Pepper, the founder and recently returned CEO of Boloco, for some help with his plans. Pepper reportedly mentioned leaving the School Street location.

"We love that spot and were looking at real estate around the corner, so a bunch of lawyers later here we are, ready to do demo," Muir wrote. Plans for the new restaurant include a retail wall, a larger customer seating space, and some remodeling in the kitchen.

Clover posted a video tour of the new space:

The company hopes the new restaurant could be open by the end of the year.
