Yumi Hot Pot Restaurant Opens in Davis Square

Pinkberry is long gone and a new restaurant is in at 263 Elm St. Yumi, a hot pot and sushi spot, has opened in Somerville's Davis Square, according to a tip.

The square reached peak frozen yogurt capacity with Pinkberry, Orange Leaf (256 Elm St.), and iYo Cafe (234 Elm St.) all within spitting distance, but when Pinkberry closed up shop last fall, Yumi applied to take over the space.
