Island Creek Oysters is gearing up for the holidays with a special pop-up shop on Newbury Street, according to a post on Craigslist. The farm-to-table business affiliated with Island Creek Oyster Bar is hiring a team member to help operate the store between late November and early January.
Based on the post, it seems the shop will sell products and fulfill customer orders, and it may provide events during the holiday season, like oyster shucking lessons.
