The Branch Line team has been sharing some sneak peeks of the imminently opening restaurant on social media ever since training began last Friday. ("We're almost ready for you," they posted that day. They've previously announced an aim to open this month.) The project — an "urban rotisserie" — comes from the inimitable Garrett Harker (Eastern Standard, Island Creek Oyster Bar, etc.) and Eastern Standard general manager Andrew Holden, who is a co-owner of Branch Line.
Branch Line, part of the Arsenal on the Charles complex, plans to offer outdoor dining year-round, as well as a seasonal bocce court.
