Esti and Drew Parsons, the dream team behind Sam's (which only touches on the most recent part of their long and respected resumes), are opening a new restaurant called The Maiden in South Boston, as previously reported. It'll be located at 28 West Broadway, former home to Owl Station and a variety of other establishments, including notorious Whitey Bulger hang Triple O's. Based on licensing documents, it could seat 80 and stay open until 1 a.m.
The Maiden has just popped up on various social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), revealing a couple more details (and the swashbuckling logo above). First important detail: There will be "oysters and cheese and meats, oh my!" Secondly, it could open this very fall. Stay tuned.
