Former Morgan Stanley advisor Adrian Wong wanted to overhaul quick burger bites. Now, he's opening Beta Burger in Mission Hill, where customers can find Chipotle-style, fast-casual dining and a wide range of burger options.
Beta Burger will open on October 22 at 1437 Tremont St., according to a post on the restaurant's Facebook page.
Customization is the name of the Beta Burger game. With a base of either Angus beef or chicken (the vegetarian option is due later on), customers can add a selection of free toppings — lettuce, tomato, pickles, and more — or they can get fancy with options, like sautéed mushrooms and bacon, for an added cost. Beta Burger will also offer fries and chips, plus combo options with a burger, fries, and a drink.
According to its website, Beta Burger strives to be "a champion food platform sourcing high quality ingredients and allow customers to create their own delicious customized hamburger, fries, and drinks."
The first 100 people at Beta Burger's grand opening will receive a free pair of sunglasses. The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
