Branch Line, a new venture from the Eastern Standard team of Garrett Harker and Andrew Holden, opened to friends and family over the weekend, according to several tipsters. (Holden referred to it as a "training exercise" in a comment on an Instagram photo.) As noted by a recent post on Food Talk Central, today's the opening day. An employee at the restaurant confirms that the doors open at 4:30 p.m. (Update: A rep for the restaurant says that tonight is a soft opening, particularly geared at people who work in the Arsenal complex, and the official opening is Wednesday.)
Guests can now make Open Table reservations for this coming Saturday and beyond; to make a reservation before then, call the restaurant at (617) 420-1900.

And Rodney Murillo, the culinary director at Davio's, posted a few photos of some other Branch Line dishes on Twitter over the weekend:

Located in Arsenal on the Charles, Branch Line is a rotisserie with a wood-fired grill, a "focused beer and wine program," and bocce courts. The restaurant previously hired for staff members who "are passionate about guest service, beer and wine and restaurant work."
