Easy Pie in Braintree announced over the summer its plans to expand to the North Shore, and the new restaurant reportedly secured a liquor license in Revere. The Revere Advocate reported in late July that the city commission has granted Easy Pie permission to serve alcohol at its new location, 649 Squire Rd., and it will stay open until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays (with last call for liquor at 1:30 a.m.)
The existing Braintree shop offers a large menu of pizzas, salads, calzones, and a variety of burgers and sandwiches. Owner Spiros Stogiannis is the brains behind the extensive menu. Easy Pie's Facebook page originally indicated a goal of opening in Revere late summer, but as of three weeks ago, the estimate is simply "fall 2015."
